LNF organized several district and regional meetings to prepare for the annual regional local government budget consultative meetings organized by ministry of finance, planning and Economic development.
A total of 677 participants, 474 male and 203 female across the five districts and 10 sub counties of Amolatar, Otuke, Alebtong, Dokolo and Lira participated in the parliament meeting with 2 Health centres (Alanyi HC III & Atangwata HC II), one road() and 7 schools(Awiodyek, Olaka, Awelo SS, Muntu, Alanyi, Adwir, Acoto) visited.

The project is being implemented in the two districts of Lira and Amolatar reaching the sub counties of the Target so far reached is 7409 people, 5406 young people (M-3417 F-1989) and Adults (M-1232 F-771)

The SPAN project target District Networks across the Northern Uganda and Lira NGO Forum is the Regional hub with 10 district networks from Acholi, West Nile and partly Teso sub region. Through these networks it is estimated that 24000 people would be reached across the RAN

SACM is intended to reach 87 NUSAF II funded projects reaching a total of 3915 people and 783 community monitoring groups (CMG). This project is an action research done through the use of ICT in reporting. The project was implemented and 98% completion thus meeting the target.
